1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or downloading AIOS Pack ("the Product") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, AIOS Pack grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Product for your own personal or commercial projects. This license covers:

• Using the prompts, agents, and skills in your own AI workflows.
• Adapting and building upon the materials for projects you own or operate.
• Using outputs generated with the Product in client work.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Product or any substantial portion of it as a standalone product.
• Share your download link or files publicly or with individuals who have not purchased a license.
• Claim authorship of the Product itself or represent that you created the underlying framework.
• Use the Product to develop a competing product that is primarily derived from its content.

4. One-Time Purchase & No Subscription

AIOS Pack is sold as a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. You receive lifetime access to the version purchased. Future major versions may be offered separately.

5. Refund Policy

Because AIOS Pack is a digital product that is immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after the download link has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us at hello@vtrnstudio.com and we will make it right.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, structure, and design of AIOS Pack remains the intellectual property of AIOS Pack and its creators. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Your license is limited to the use rights explicitly stated in Section 2.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Product will meet every business requirement, that AI outputs generated with the Product will be accurate, or that the Product will be free from errors. Your use of AI tools and any outputs is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIOS Pack and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
